Book Report Details for "Diary of a Wimpy Vampire: Prince of Dorkness"

In this book, Nigel Mullet continues to go though the never ending turmoil called adolescence. He was turned into a vampire at the awkward and unattractive age of 15. He loses the girl of his dreams in this book, sees her become a werewolf, and gets his dinner stolen by a weird man claiming to have been changed by his Father. THe main themes in this book are growing up, love, and friendship.

This book is written by Tim Collins, an author currently residing in the U.K.

The main character, as you have been able to tell, is cocky and has a superior attitude . Like any teenager, Nigel is convinced the world revolves around him.

This books strong point is that for a vampire, Nigel is an extremely relatable character. Another strong point is that it is really funny.

This books main weakness is it is lacking for the most part in originality. This book is riding on the tails of the popular novel Twilight and a very popular children's book Diary of a wimpy kid.

I'd recommend the book to teens, lovers of twilight, and anyone who like a pop culture oriented comedy.

P.S. Read the first book in the series before reading this one. The U.K title is Diary of a wimpy vampire, the U.S.A title is Notes from a Totally Lame Vampire

Powers are Back!

1. My Grandpa and Aunt weren't really turned into vampires by my father, so they were kicked out.
2.Jasons family is full of werewolves, and they turned my beloved Chloe into one too.

Chloe and I had a long discussion and we decided we could still be friends, my powers came back too. Life is finally going my way.

My family is moving to a town full of vampires at the end of this year, I can't wait.

THIS IS TOO WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I temporarily lost my powers, so i wasn't able to do my cool dance with the awesome dance moves. :( With losing my powers and my girlfriend, you would think life couldn't get any worse for me. Nope,  Life got worse, it turns out Jason and his family were werewolves. It gets even more horrible, random people who claim my Dad turned them into vampires are invading my home, and drinking the blood that belongs to me.

I had to share a room with my brat of a sister. I was fed up, so I ran away, eventually I was so hungry that I came back. I can't take care of myself, well I could, but I'd rather have Mum and Dad do that.

CHLOE!!!!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!

 Chloe recently turned 16, so she begged me turn turn her into a vampire. I told her no. Anyone who wants to be a vampire obviously isn't ready  for it.

We were hanging out and she told me start feeding. Like any cold blooded male, I obliged. Then I felt a weird feeling in my arm. SHE CUT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then she sprayed me with garlic salad dressing. I have shown nothing but love towards her!!!!!!!! !

Then we broke up, and she started dating dating Jason.

Oh well, at least I can memorize all the other girls in the school at the talent show tomorrow when I do my awesome dance routine.

Year 11

Today at school I started year 11, it means nothing to me because I am an immortal vampire and you all are loser humans that will die someday. After this year I will move and start over at year ten so nobody ever suspects that my family does not age.

I'll also have to decide whether or not to change my girlfriend into a vampire.She really wants to, but I don't think she is ready for it.

A new kid moved to town, apparently he is goes to my secondary school. I saw him and his family outside of the Sainsbury's (a British grocery store) and they were all stocky and extremely hairy(even the Mum). They were carrying large cans of corned beef, Jason(that's the name of the boy in my year) opened up the can and at the contents with his fingers.

Mortals are so gross ,not you my darling Chloe, Chloe is too beautiful to be disgusting.

Well, Mum says supper is ready, we're  having type O tonight.
